GET TO KNOW
Francis

I am a licensed social worker with over 15 years of therapy experience, including six in my own practice. Through years of supporting individuals and couples in a warm and compassionate atmosphere, I have found many ways to promote healing, confidence, and connections. I enjoy collaborating with clients to deepen insight and find ways forward toward becoming more of the person they'd like to be.

A COLLABORATIVE + PERSONAL APPROACH

TO HELPING YOU ON YOUR JOURNEY.

 Francis Chen

It’s not always easy to ask for help.

Seeking therapy as an individual or a couple can feel daunting, but I am here to help the journey toward healing feel supportive and validating. Let’s work together to find a deeper sense of connection and understanding.

THERAPY FOR
Individuals

I will meet you where you're at and walk with you where you'd like to go in life - whether that is improving how you feel about yourself, managing difficult relationships, or anything that is keeping you from thriving.

THERAPY FOR
Couples

According to relationship expert John Gottman, couples wait an average of six years while being unhappy before getting help. The delay is understandable. Entering couples or marriage therapy takes courage and initiative. If you're feeling stuck in patterns of conflict, disconnection, or disappointment, couples therapy can help you move toward reconnection and collaboration.

MEETING YOU

where you are

You are the expert on your life and I bring experience supporting mental and

emotional health/healing.

I believe there is a story that explains why we are the way we are and understanding the influence of our past helps decrease shame, increase self-compassion, acceptance, and the power to change.

I like to work collaboratively, co-creating narratives and solutions to increase self-acceptance and moving toward a sense of thriving in life.
